1. Responsible for the company's office building planning, positioning and leasing work, with experience in office leasing/benchmarking offices Project leasing work experience is preferred;

     2. Responsible for organizing market research and analysis of the office building industry, business feasibility analysis, commercial positioning, etc.;

     3. Organize project investment promotion, brand promotion, and office lease plan at the implementation stage;

     4. Responsible for the negotiation, communication and coordination of tenants/key customers, and continuously develop customer resources;

     5. Responsible for other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

     1. 30-40 years old, no gender limit, bachelor degree or above;

     2. More than 5 years of management experience in large and medium-sized office buildings, with a large number of quality customer resources preferred;

     3. Outgoing personality, strong negotiation and communication skills;
